AC Milan 2-0 SPAL: Double penalties see off new boys

AC Milan bounced back from their 4-1 defeat to Lazio last weekend with a 2-0 win over Serie A new boys SPAL, although they needed a penalty kick in each half to do so. Nikola Kalinic earned the first spot-kick on 25 minutes, which was converted by new signing Ricardo Rodriguez. Franck Kessie scored the second spot-kick on 61 minutes after winning the penalty himself. Milan are now fourth place with 12 points, just one point behind their derby rivals Inter Milan.
