Schweinsteiger scores & assists, but misses Chicago penalty

Bastian Schweinsteiger scored and assisted in Chicago Fire’s 2-2 MLS draw at Toronto FC, but saw a penalty saved as he missed the chance to score the winner. Jonathan Osorio and Victor Vazquez had put the hosts in front and things seemed to be going the Canadians’ way when Alexander Bono parried Schweinsteiger’s spot-kick, but the German maestro recovered to score before laying on Alan Gordon’s 94th-minute equaliser.
